For price alerts — an email address or a messenger id. For a hotel report — the email the hotel's representative left in the form on the hotel page. For the site to work — anonymous visit statistics. We never collect passport or card data: booking and payment happen at the seller.
To send the price alert we promised or the report you asked for, and to see which pages are used. Nothing else.
Nobody. Data is not sold or handed to third parties except where the law requires it.
While the subscription is active. Every email has an unsubscribe link; after that the address is deleted. An address from a report request — until the report is sent.
The site stores your language, currency and colour theme on your device. That data never leaves the device and is not tied to your identity.
You may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted. Write to the operator's address; we answer within thirty days.
